Our Strategy Co-creation Program is a proven methodology with the flexibility to tailor each step to your organization's unique needs. We actively guide the process and monitor progress. And we facilitate dynamic working sessions aimed at maximizing collaboration and harnessing diverse viewpoints. Our goal is to create a secure and dynamic environment where everybody thrives.
The program structure
The program consists of 3 work sessions and 2 work packages. While the work packages are executed by small teams of employees, the emphasis in the work sessions lies on collaborative synthesis and decision-making as a team.
The multidisciplinary core team is supplemented with specialists as needed, such as marketing, strategy, innovation, design, human resources, and finance.
The program management and planning are handled by Specto, a team of senior strategic facilitators and more hands-on creative thinkers and designers.
